I am back on Orkut and I have already started hating it. It is a stupid site. The whole idea is stupid. And to seal the deal there is Today's Fortune. What if I am not interested in my fortune. I am seriously sorry for the guy who is writing these fortunes. One thing for sure the parrot didnt pick the right job card for him. I am not sure whether that lil green thing is still alive; this fortune guy must have already shot it. If not then please do so! Good Riddance! As a kid I used to like parrots and used to think they are cute and all. But they have hideous trait of picking card and telling fortunes. Take my advice you lil parrot and shut the hell up. And fortune dude, there are plenty of Starbucks around and I have heard they have a good health care package. So scratch your head; and if you cant do that and hire a financial / career consultant who can outline some career paths for you. Looking at your core competency of making a parrot go in circles, sorry to say, but you dont have lot of options. Again, Starbucks comes at the top in my list for you.
Anyway back to Orkut. Take look at my today's fortune: "You are going to have a very comfortable old age". What the hell! Seriously it is not funny. First of all, I dont want to be old. And second nobody ever had a comfortable old age, leave alone a very comfortable one. Dont trust me, then go ahead and wish an old dude "I wish you are having a comfortable time". Give it a try and I will watch him running your ass over at 30mph. That's painful, man. You get run over at 70mph, that fine; misery is over in a zap. But think the same thing at 30mph. Don't come and tell me "Hey, 30mph is almost half of 70mph, so it should take almost twice as much" Alright Einstein, why don't you go ahead and prove me wrong.
"You are going to have a very comfortable old age" This phrase is stuck in my head. I dont know your idea of comfort, but mine certainly doesnt include tubes running through me. So why dont give yourself a break .
I seriously wish that the guy who wrote my Today's Fortune should read this blog of mine. And if you are reading it already, then Starbucks is hiring, seriously! I got you covered; you can give my reference.
